As each item is hand made by ND Tough gear- just me (Mallory works here), please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your items.  I will contact you if I am not able to meet that deadline.  


Please note all items are final sale as they are customized to your specific preferences.  Items sold without images may be exchanged for store credit if they were not purchased on sale.

Reminder that all items are FINAL SALE as they are custom made to your exact specifications and cannot be returned unless they are defective.  If you have questions on anything-please email me prior to ordering.


Please also understand orders take 2-3 weeks not including weekends and holidays.   Unless your order is part of a bulk order with a specified date.  I sometimes get orders out the next day, other times I need the full 3 weeks.
